**1. JOB DETAILS**:

- Manager, Supplier Relationship Management**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
The Sr. SRM Specialist is responsible for the supplier integration and enablement, as well as for the ongoing working relationships and partnering initiatives. Other area of responsibilities include supply base risk management and supplier performance management.

Hole holder takes care of identification and profiling of new potential suppliers. The role is, within this scope, responsible for providing detailed inputs to other SRM areas on existing and prospect vendors profiling and compliance.

The Sr. SRM Specialist also provides inputs to the Supplier Relationship Management Manager / Supplier Base management Manager for the preparation of reporting and dashboards.

**4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

**Operational responsibilities**:

- Communicate with vendors to support them in the registration & qualification process, and discuss with them updates in policies and procedures and their compliance with the same
- Support the maintenance and data cleansing of the vendor registration and qualification records (verification of company profile, financial profile,), collecting or researching for missing information and uploading documentation and detailed reports to the SRM system
- Execute delisting and reinstatement processes based on decisions communicated by the Supplier Relationship Management Manager / Supplier Base management Manager
- Prepare inputs on compliance and risk management of individual suppliers and summaries per segment and category
- Update and review suppliers’ data (VAT information, country of origin,)
- Supplier integration and enablement (conduct supplier transition activities from sourcing team to SRM team, provide supplier orientation training)
- Specify and implement technical interfaces, integration and digitization with suppliers
- Conduct supplier performance management
- Conduct issue resolution related to supplier non-performance issues
- Monitor risks related to supplier, and perform risks mitigation activities
- Collaborate with supplier on day-to-day basis
- Participate in joint projects with supplier (performance improvement, new product development)
- As defined in the Individual Performance Plan, based on cascading of the SRM SOP and Service Catalogue KPIs to individual level

**General Managerial Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Contribute to a working environment and culture which engages all SRM staff
- Propose and implement solutions and efficiency opportunities in SRM activities, in order to promote innovation in SRM and thereby continually enhance quality and cost reduction by streamlining processes, procedures and automation
- Participate in the onboarding and coaching of new SRM employees

**Self-Management Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Define own individual performance goals activity at the start of the year in discussion with the Supplier Relationship Management Manager / Supplier Base management Manager
- Monitor work quality and escalate any pressing issues in a timely manner
- Keep abreast with professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth
- Individual Performance Plan and Individual Development Plan are developed as per the defined company timelines

**5. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
**Internal**:

- Report to Supplier Relationship Management Manager / Supplier Base management Manager
- Manage proper and periodical communication at operational level, in order to maintain healthy working environment within the SRM teams

**External**
- Manage communication with suppliers in the collection of documentation or in interactions to clarify suppliers profile and offering to be updated in the SRM system

**7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent level of education
- Management Information Systems / Decision Support Systems certification, or specific education on Risk Management and Legal & regulatory compliance systems would be an advantage

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management or in operational tasks in direct contact with suppliers, operating auditing, approval and registration systems to evaluate suppliers, ideally in industrial or technical environments
- Basic knowledge in the Mining & Metals industry operations and suppliers landscape

**Skills**:

- Interpersonal skills for interacting with materials and services providers (in the understanding of their profiles, in collecting certifications, financial and safety reports and other documentation and in the use of vendors IT interfaces in the exchange of information)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
