**Planning Manager Requirements Are**:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction or related field,
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred,
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Planning/Scheduling roles in construction industry,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Planning/Scheduling with Primavera Project Management P6,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial role,
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting,
- Proven experience in utilization of Earned Value Management in performance analysis and reporting,
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity,
- Fluent in English both written and spoken and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders,
