We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to manage the project planning and development of a key client projects. As our Senior Planning Manager, you will provide the tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage, control, and report on cost and schedule for a key project; identify and tracks all changes or potential changes to the project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client and project management. Integrates cost and schedule data and reporting with the company’s accounting and management information systems to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals. Additional services may include change control management, document control management, and critical path method network analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- 20 years’ experience; aware of associated discipline standards; completes tasks associated with discipline as part of a multidiscipline team under supervision of senior discipline lead;
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any related discipline and/or holder of valid certification such as Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP).
- Planning/project controls professional in a line function who manages project controls specialists and institutes and maintains the project controls system of an organizational element or who has primary responsibility for project controls and manages the project controls team of a project.
- Proficient in use of Primavera P6 and Risk Analysis software.
- Has experience in site development infrastructure and the building industry or similar industry and has cost estimating experience on large to mega building/architectural projects.
