Today, we are recruiting for Planning Manager position to Join our Team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for commercial and finance Professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Support technical and commercial team in oversee of projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure project is executed as per company’s standards and procedures.
- Managing project scheduling team, setting targets and directions, and overseeing production of contract deliverables related to schedule and planning department.
- Coordinating with consortium for Engineering and Site Access Status and Analyzing major delay areas and root causes, along with preparing management summaries on results for Siemens Riyadh Metro Project management team.
- Supporting installation in managing the Construction Works Joint Venture interface on schedule related aspects.
- Liaising with the consortium counterpart and the client in explaining the schedule, receiving comments, and adjusting on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Ensuring that earned value report is submitted in time and includes all substantiation documents as requested by the Engineer.
- Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in delivering all PMO’s tasks (setting strategy, facilitating meetings, providing mentoring and coaching, preparing reports, and long term and short-term planning, etc.)

**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Bachelors in engineering, master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of transit system experience; specifically in planning, scheduling, cost control, and business reporting and analysis.
- Have Prior PMO experience.
- Contracts and commercial awareness (warranties, etc.) is a plus.
- Previous experience of large-scale, billion-dollar public-sector transit system project highly desirable.
- Self-starter attitude with proactive, results-oriented focus; and willing and capable to assume additional responsibilities.
- Prior demonstrated experience managing a group of five or more.
- Proven accuracy, reliability, and completeness in job accomplishment.
- Able to interface with a variety of people with different technical levels and educational backgrounds; must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Able to produce accurate and timely results while maintaining a customer-service attitude.
- Must be a registered engineer with Saudi Council of Engineers
