As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in analyzing the competitive market and prepare concise reports on competitor companies and their strategies.
2. Gather information and data related to bids and participate in business competitions.
3. Assist in preparing client presentations that align with their requirements and needs.
4. Prepare and follow up on client proposals, including reviewing terms, pricing, and timelines.
5. Coordinate with the relevant team to ensure the preparation of proposals and adherence to deadlines.
6. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and conducting project feasibility analysis.
7. Organize and manage events and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness and expand the client network.
8. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event organizers to ensure smooth execution of events and exhibitions.
9. Assist in developing marketing and promotional strategies to increase event and exhibition attendance.
10. Monitor and evaluate the success of events and exhibitions, and provide reports and analysis to the management.
**Required Skills**:
1. Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and analyze data related to competitors and proposals.
2. Effective communication skills and the ability to negotiate and interact with clients.
3. Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate tasks with other team members.
4. Basic knowledge of marketing and sales tools and concepts.
5. Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
7. Knowledge of event management and exhibition planning, including awareness-building strategies.
8. Ability to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event organizers to ensure successful events and exhibitions.
9. Creativity and innovative thinking to develop engaging marketing strategies for event and exhibition attendance.
10. Strong attention to detail and the ability to monitor and evaluate the success of events and exhibitions.
**Salary**: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
