**Receptionist**:
- Work mode: Onsite- Onsite Location(s): Riyadh, SA**Work Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Screen Incoming calls and direct it to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.
- Order and Manage the Office Stationery and Pantry supplies
- Manage the routine Office Administrative duties.
- Perform other duties as instructed which contribute to the effective office management of the company.
- Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the facility staff
- Handle Travel arrangements when required
- Responds to emergency calls.
- Announces visitors and directs them to proper location.
- Maintains certain records and logs as required by Human Resources Department.
- Records and refers non-routine questions/enquiries/suggestions/complaints to the appropriate manager/supervisor.
**Nice to Have**:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
