Receptionist + Administrative Assistant

Our Riyadh office is now seeking a dynamic and skilled Receptionist + Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As the face of BM Events, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and play a vital role in the administration of our daily operations. This position combines reception duties with administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet, assist, and direct visitors appropriately.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain up-to-date records and filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Arabic and English - both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
