Laundry Supervisor

**Job Description**:

- Lead shifts in the laundry, ensuring that all property laundry is cleaned to Infection Prevention and Control standards and meets designated delivery times
- Effectively roster, maintain records and supervise appropriate staff for each shift, assessing their respective requirements
- Responsible for leading a productive team in the laundry, training and developing staff in set procedures
- Manage staff by proving on the job training and feedback; ensure that any concerns are communicated to the management and a strategy is put in-place
- Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of two-year previous as laundry supervisor experience.
- Highly organized, career and result oriented with the ability to be flexible with hours, days off, assignment and additional duties.
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
- Excellent skills in written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be a strong team player with proven leadership, development and delegating skills.
