تنظيم و حضور الاجتماعات مع العملاء لفتح فرص بيع جديدة و إعداد وتقديم العروض البيعية للعملاء والعروض التوضيحية للخدمات بشكل احترافي.
تحديد العملاء المتوقعين Prospect و الفرص البيعية و العمل على كسبهم كعملاء فعليين.
تقييم الفرص البيعية المجدية و اغتنامها لتلبية أهداف المبيعات والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الشركة.
تنفيذ خطة المبيعات السنوية عبر تنفيذ بيع الخدمات و المنتجات إلى العملاء ومساعدتهم في تلبية احتياجاتهم ورغباتهم.
التواصل مع العملاء وفهم و تحديد احتياجات الخدمة المناسبة لهم (نطاق العمل) و إعداد عروض الاسعار مرتبطا بالتقارير الفنية المعدة من الجهة المختصة و طباعتها من نظام ERP و متابعة موافقة العميل عليها.
دراسة منافسات القطاع الخاص ومتابعة طرحها عبر المنصات المتاحة و شراؤها ودراستها وتقديم العرض الى الجهة الطارحة مستوفياً الشروط بعد مراجعة رئيس قسم المبيعات و موافقة مدير التسويق و المبيعات و اعتماد صاحب الصلاحية.
متابعة عقود المشاريع القائمة و خلق علاقات شخصية مع العميل بهدف استمرار النشاط البيعي و متابعة تجديد العقود.
دراسة الفرص المتعلقة بمشاريع قطاع الأفراد و القطاع الخاص و دراستها و تسعيرها بناءاً على التقارير الفنية و مواصفات المشروع و الاعتماد من صاحب الصلاحية.
إعداد و تحرير عقود مبيعات الخدمات و المنتجات و متابعة توقيعها من أصحاب الصلاحية و حفظها و أرشفتها في مكتب مدير إدارة التسويق و المبيعات حسب النظام و الاجراءات المعتمدة لذلك.
إكمال عمليات التعاقد مع العملاء حسب النظام و الاجراءات المعتمدة لذلك.
استقطاب العملاء الجدد وجذبهم للتعاقد مع الشركة.
تحديد تكلفة المعدات و الآلات و الماكينات في المشاريع محل الدراسة عن طريق معرفة تكلفة شراؤها و معدل الاستهلاك السنوي لها بالتنسيق مع إدارة الشؤون المالية و إدارة المشتريات و الامداد.
دراسة تكلفة المواد والمستلزمات المستهلكة في المشروع أو الخدمة عن طريق معرفة كمياتها وأسعارها و تحديد تكلفة العمليات التشغيلية في مختلف الأقسام بالشركة بالتعاون مع إدارة المشتريات و الامداد و إدارة الموارد البشرية و إدارة المرافق بغرض أعداد عرض سعر يحقق الربحية المستهدفة.
تخطيط و تنظيم جداول اتصالات يومية من القوائم المستلمة من قسم التسويق بهدف إيجاد فرص بيعيه جديدة من خلال عملاء جدد أو شبكة العملاء الحاليين.
متابعة حل شكاوى العملاء عبر تمثيل الشركة أمام العميل و تحديد المشاكل التي تواجهه و عمل المقابلات الشخصية لترك انطباع ايجابي لدى العميل.
اقتراح خطوات لزيادة المبيعات عبر تحديد الفرص البيعية في المشاريع القائمة.
تسجيل العملاء على نظام ERP و تسجيل الاتصالات و الزيارات ونتائجها و رفع تقارير دورية عن سير العمل للمدير المباشر مثل (نتائج توصيات التقارير السابقة - الاتصالات و الزيارات اليومية - تحليل التقارير الربع سنوية).
متابعة المنافسين و جمع المعلومات عن نشاطاتهم و اسعار خدماتهم و الخدمات الجديدة..الخ
إنشاء عقد و سجل مشروع على نظام ERP بعد موافقة العميل على عرض السعر و إبرام العقد معه.
المعرفة التامة بمنتجات الشركة و الخدمات التي تقدمها و أسعارها و مواصفاتها.
تنفيذ سياسة و اجراءات الصحة و السلامة المهنية بالشركة.
القيام بما يوكل اليه من مهام من مدراءه المباشري
