**Company Description**

In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.

Assystem is providing support to the “Large Nuclear Power Plant” (LNPP) Program being developed by DNEC (Duwayhin Nuclear Energy Company) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The contract is the Project Management Services (PMS) framework that may include part of the following scope:

- Project Management, project control, contract and procurement management,
- Supporting the Owner for Vendors’ offers review, Vendors selection, and in a second step for licensing and design documentation review as well as construction supervision,
- Acting as an Architect Engineer for the Owner’s infrastructure scope, performing Master planning, feasibility studies, and design RFP packages; contractors’ selection and construction supervision

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**1. **Coordinates the Daily activities of the QA team that will support the IMS Description, Development, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement.

**2. **Manages the preparation of each IMS Process map and content description.

**3. **Coordinates the development of the Manual, Procedures, and other IMS Documentation needed for the proper Processes’ description and further implementation.

**4. **Develop the IMS documentation of the Quality Assurance Management Process and Sub Processes.

**5. **Implements the Defined IMS Development Activity but also Quality Management KPI’s, related Analysis, and Regular Reporting.

**6. **Manages the evaluation and update of the IMS Documentation already developed.

**7. **Ensures the IMS Documentation consistency in all areas of the defined Processes.

**8. **Ensures with the Business Design Process Expert in the team that each Process and related Sub Processes are described with Flow Diagrams aligned with IT Infrastructure that will be implemented in the company and LNPP Project infrastructure.

**9. **Manage the development of Training Programs and Training Materials.

**10. **Participates in the performance of IMS induction training, Process training, Training, and Qualification of IMS internal auditors as any other training related to Quality Assurance.

**11. **Defines the IMS Processes Internal audit Program and Participates as Internal QA Lead auditor to the IMS Processes audit performance.

**12. **Manages the implementation of Process reviews and Management reviews.

**13. **Prepares and implements the IMS Process Development Maturity Matrix.

**14. **Participates in the preparation and performance of any 2nd or 3rd party audit. Also, for the certification according to ISO 19443 - 14001 - 45001 standards.

**Qualifications** Academic/Vocational/Professional Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree-level or equivalent qualification in engineering or quality

**Work Experience**:

- More than 15 Years of experience in Quality Management System Development, certification, and continuous improvement, as best, in the Nuclear Industry.
- Has at least 5 Years experience in QA Team Management and Management of a Certified complete IMS (QHSE)
- Has managed Process Description and Corresponding Workflow Diagrams Description in main management areas of a Company.

**Qualification and specific Competence**:

- Is an IRCA ISO 9001 Certified QA Lead auditor.
- Knowledge of the Nuclear Quality standards (such as ISO 19443, ASME NQA-1)
- Has participated in QA training material development and Training performance.
- Has experience in the field of Digital methodologies and tools.

- Able to develop good relationships with the multinational teams from different organizations representing the Owner, Project Management, Safety, and licensing among others.
