**5. Technical Troubleshooting & Ticket Management**:

- Track tech support tickets, prioritize critical issues, and ensure timely resolutions.

**6. Data-Driven Decision Making**:

- Monitor campaign performance, site traffic, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize digital sales strategies.

**7. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting**:

- Provide senior management with regular updates on digital sales performance, including key metrics, ROI, and improvement recommendations.
- Present actionable insights and customer behavior trends to cross-functional teams.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 8+ years in digital sales or performance marketing within insurance, fintech, airlines, or e-commerce industries.
- **Performance Marketing**: Proficient in social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), PPC, and retargeting.
- **Martech Knowledge**: Familiar with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Project Management**: Strong skills in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of backend and frontend systems; ability to identify and document technical issues for resolution.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Skilled in data analysis with tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of presenting data and insights effectively to senior management.
