**Role Summary**:
Assist the Commercial and projects team by providing support in commercial activities by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for the Fit-out operations.

**Role description**:
Ø Perform the commercial activities (viz. contractual documentation, communications, and writing)

Ø Preparation, tracking and finalisation of variations with cost consultant & client.

Ø Preparation, tracking and finalisation of projects monthly progress billing with cost consultant & client.

Ø Review and finalisation of variations with subcontractors for the project.

Ø Review and finalisation of progress billing with subcontractors for the project.

Ø Check Bill of quantities (BOQs) against the drawings to raise variations/claims and assist the Project manager (PM) with cost monitoring and controlling.

Ø Prepare, submit, and agree to a budget and to monitor actual performance against the agreed budget

Ø Assist in collecting and processing of additional orders from suppliers for the active projects.

Ø Ensure compliance with the commercial framework as per project contractual requirements.

Ø Capability to carry out QS function, BOQ preparation, management, and measurement activities etc.

Ø Review, compare and finalise the works with project manager for procurement process.

Ø Support to Tendering & Estimation Department in preparing the tendering packages for the project.

**Personal qualities**:
Ø Bachelor’s Degree / Specialisation in Quantity Surveying

Ø five years’ experience with reputable fit-out contracting companies preferred.

Ø Experience in Post-tender analysis, preparing bills of quantities, Cost managing live projects.

Ø Strong knowledge of materials procurement processes and good negotiation skills

Ø Subcontract analysis and final account settlements

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational market environment.

Ø Needs to communicate effectively with project teams and co-workers.

Ø Experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

Ø Experienced in client interaction.

Ø Excellent time management skills.

Ø Strong teamwork and analytical skills and able to work for multiple projects.

Ø Adaptability and flexibility in how you support the team and the needs of the business

Ø Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, work under pressure with challenging deadlines while delivering high quality results.

Ø Must have good computer skills. Should be familiar with MS office tools and experienced with financial procurement and inventory management software.
