We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for an exciting green project in Riyadh.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in managing the costs and finances of the project while ensuring that quality standards are met.

**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Overseeing all aspects of cost management for the project, including estimating, budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
- Leading the procurement process, including sourcing materials and services, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Conducting detailed quantity takeoffs and measurements to accurately assess project costs and quantities of materials required.
- Administering contracts and agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and resolving any contractual disputes that may arise.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to cost overruns, delays, and other factors that may impact project finances.
- Collaborating with the project team to identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Preparing regular financial reports, cost analyses, and forecasts to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and financial performance.
- Ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards and specifications, and addressing any quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior quantity surveyors and other members of the project team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects, with a minimum of 8-10 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management techniques.
- Proficiency in quantity takeoff software, cost estimation tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Membership in a relevant professional association (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is desirable.
