**Objective**:

- Plan and execute business development activities to ensure sustainable growth.
- Build strong business and technical teams.
- Plan and execute new business projects and develop business development plans and strategies focused on sustainable financial gain and growth.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and emerging markets, and build a solid network of strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Develop sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Establish long-term relationships with potential customers, clients, and vendors.
- Manage product development and research activities to identify potential markets and business opportunities, and implement best practices to elevate strategic opportunities with clients and vendors.
- Contribute to defining product priorities based on user and market research, and customer data.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative feedback to define the product roadmap.
- Identify and analyze competitor strategies, to strengthen the product’s competitive position in the industry.
- Analyze financial and market data and projections to determine scope, timelines, and resources.
- Identify and mentor business and technical teams and resources.
- Initiate and develop relationships with key internal and external decision-makers.

**Requirements**:

- Technical & Academic English: Ability to process and digest technical resources and interact with relevant communities, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reverse Engineering: Ability to reverse engineer existing websites to learn about how they function and to integrate with them.
- Programming Tools: Github, Gatsby, Webflow, Miro, Linx, Figma, etc...
- Cloud & Productivity Software: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoho Office
- Analytical Software: Tableau, SPSS, JMP Pro, etc.
- Accounting Software: Intuit QuickBooks, Zoho Books
- Blockchain: Knowledge of blockchain theory and structure, along with general industry knowledge, including suppliers, customers, and competitors.
- Negotiation: Strong business analysis, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.
- Economics & Accounting: Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
- Admin & Management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Law and Government: Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, etc.
