**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate advertising sales revenue, across the company's Linear TV channels, Digital offerings, and MSR.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers and media agencies, serving as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team across various territories to identify and pursue advertising opportunities, leveraging cross-functional teamwork to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations of deals and contracts to ensure alignment with revenue goals and business objectives.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on advertising prospects effectively.
- Provide leadership and oversight to the sales team, offering guidance, support, and mentorship to drive individual and collective performance.
- Demonstrate a proactive, go-getter attitude with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required; a management degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of total work experience in the broadcast television industry, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Proven track record of success in driving advertising sales revenue, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and advertising trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to excellence.
