We are currently looking for a Senior Knowledge Manager, who is going to oversee all research & knowledge-related activities in TAM. It is a new role that serves as the beginning of Knowledge Management and Research center of expertise, that will become one of the key TAM's delivery capabilities. The role reports to Chief Strategy Officer.

Key responsibilities and objectives:

- Identify the critical research & knowledge to the organization and mapped to its services; looking beyond technical knowledge ('know-how') to strategic, business-environmental, people and other knowledge categories ('know-why', 'know-who' etc.)
- Consolidate, archive, and organize knowledge within the firm
- Publish strategic knowledge & research internally and externally
- Build & maintain sustainable knowledge approach/methodologies/tools & teams putting knowledge as a core value proposition of TAM.
- Evaluate, revise, and continuously improve the KM Framework workflow and procedures as the organization scales.
- Design and lead implementation for TAM knowledge and research system, working with digital team, capturing all knowledge.
- Support advisory teams and bring related industry insights in client development and engagement delivery process through developing key research and leverage current knowledge.
- Coordinate with practice leaders to identify cross-practice content priorities and identify gaps in the knowledge base.
- Be the focal point and though partner for all conducted research and manage third party vendors in conducting relevant and periodical researches.
- Create and review KPIs for adoption, usage of premier (high-value, frequently used) KM content, and summarize benefits, outcomes, and improvement opportunities for the organization.
- Report and propose interventions to leadership regarding knowledge strategy and its way forward.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of proven track records in similar position in management consultancy (or professional service) with exposure to one or more of the following disciplines: consulting, research and analysis, knowledge management, strategic planning, business development, product development, marketing, and/or project management;
- Experience in leading the KM programs establishment within a large, global organization;
- Bachelor's degree in a field such as information technology, computer science, business or a related discipline;
- Full professional command in English and Arabic;
- Ability to work in one of our offices in Saudi Arabia or remotely from Egypt.
