**Job Purpose
Responsible for all Fire/Emergency incidents occurring in his shift, takes control and containment actions with proper reporting and escalation. Directs the activities to assigned shift team of Fire Technicians, to execute the fire prevention and control program of the company, ensures that all firefighting staff, equipment, vehicles, and materials are maintained in a state of readiness for immediate use in emergency situations.

**Key Accountabilities
Maintains ready Emergency Apparatus and equipment and provides prompt emergency response to emergency incidents.

Inspect all fire protection and fighting equipment to ensure proper functioning and readiness for operation, includes developing procedures for the inspection of fire protection and response equipment's.

Follow-up on a daily basis of the availability and reliability of fire emergency response equipment.

Ensure that all assigned personnel and emergency equipment is fully operational and ready or any emergency.

Ensure availability of plant fire water systems, plant roads / gates accessibilities and ensure radio's communication are adequate maintaining for emergency use

Responsible for developing, coordinating, inspecting, and maintaining a particular section of specialist equipment and identifying future requirements.

Carries out inspections, testing, maintenance and completing all required documentation.

Plans and participates in section activities, oversees the testing, maintenance inspection of all section equipment and ensures the necessary documentation is completed.

Conducts troubleshooting techniques evaluation and approvals for solutions.

Provides required training for all subordinates, supervision of others, providing guidance where necessary.

Conduct audit in Fire station area and participate in companywide audits whenever assigned by his superior.

Take the initiative for administrating the training plan and assist in implement career development for his subordinates.

Supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the fire section.

Performs supervisory duties at the level established by management for the position.

Directs the work of Fire Technicians or operation workers prior to, during and after firefighting or rescue operations, includes checking location upon receipt of alarm, ensuring the proper and prompt dispatch of tools and equipment, and fighting fires.

**Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Bachelor or High Diploma with experience in related field.

**Minimum Experience**:
Minimum 6+ years industrial experience of a progressively responsibility nature in firefighting, prevention and emergency response including supervisory duties.

- Skillful in interpersonal and in communication skills. High competency in report writing and presentation skills.**Skills**:

- Knowledge of plant hazardous materials.

- Knowledge of specialized fire fighting vehicles and equipment.
- Ability to read, write & speak English.
- Knowledge in presentations skills.
- Skillful in interpersonal skills.
