**Job Description**:
1. Weekly Oracle timesheets module closing

2. Liaising with various staff members for weekly timecards closing

3. Liasing with IT/HR with regards to various timesheet related inquiries

4. Providing support on Oracle Time Adjustments Tool (OTA)

5. Weekly Manual timecard adjustments

6. Analyzing timecards for excess/short hours, overtime, leave, public holidays etc.

7. Keeping an audit trial of all the communications, weekly closing and adjustments

8. Dealing with payroll inquiries

9. Monitoring payroll deductions

10. Assisting with payments and ongoing AP improvements

11. Internal and external audit support

12. Assisting with

1. iExpense

2. APAY Ageing

3. SOA Recs

4. DRFs validation

13. Other ad-hoc duties, as and when required

**Qualifications**:
Bacheolr of Accountant or Finance

Additional Information

1. Understanding of timesheet closure process

2. Strong English communication competence

3. Strong computer skills specially MS Office

4. Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders

5. Self-motivated individual with effective time management and organizational skills

6. Critical thinking with attention to detail

7. Excellent collaboration and communication skills
