**Responsibilities**:

- Following up and organizing salaries and entering them correctly in the automated system
- Preparing and performing monthly payroll for workers
- Recording all the daily procedures of the workers upon the payroll.
- Calculating the value of social insurance contributions for workers and the establishment.
- Recording the value of disciplinary penalties, days of absence, advances, allowances, rewards and bonuses.
- Recording the value of delayed hours and minutes.
- Recording the monthly salaries of workers with issuing a general payroll statement for the current month and referring it to the financial department to take the necessary action and pay salaries.
- Entering all salary movements in the company's internal system.
- Entering all leaves and work starts in the system.
- Paying all dues for leaves or end of service.
- Prepare and review payroll on time.
- Extracting all reports on everything related to salaries.
- Coordinating with the accounting department in the event of preparing salaries.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in accounting or equivalent in a related field
- Previous experience in the same field 3-5 years
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
- Excellent in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Kronos, Pay force) and databases
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Excellent organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
