**UNITED STATES / AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION**

MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly qualified English Skills Training Lead to support a large-scale Rotary Wing Aviation Training Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Manages the Instruction of General and Specialized English classes utilizing the American Language Course (ALC) for General English classes to facilitate successful accomplishment of IMS entry into technical/professional training.
- Develops and oversees the utilization of a 12-week specialized Program of instruction (POI) for **Aviation English for Pilots**:

- Develops and oversees the utilization of a 12-week specialized Program of instruction (POI) for **Maintenance Technicians.**:

- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements**

**Experience**:

- Three (3) years or more current experience managing an English as a Second Language training program (preferably in an Aviation based training organization)

**Education**:

- Possess a 4-year degree that includes **OR** is supplemented by a major study in English as a Second Language (ESL), English as a Foreign Language (EFL), Linguistics, Foreign Languages, or Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). (The 4-year degree must be accredited by an **accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education**)
- Completion of the Defense Language Institute English Language Center (DLIELC)’s Familiarization with the American Language Course (ALC)** or** Observer Professional Training.
