**Job Description**:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under direct supervision, completes a variety of transactional and/or special assignments at the para-professional level. Applies fundamental knowledge of TM principles, company policies, and practices as directed. This is an internship opportunity for students currently studying for a bachelor degree and provides experience in a professional HR environment.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for a variety of transactional and/or technical support assignments, including maintenance of records, filing and system processes.

Responsible for accuracy and completion in processing transactional items and coordination of various employee information and payroll related issues.

Assists in a variety of project related activities and compliance related activities through active participation.

Supports the internal and external employment investigations and auditing of employee records and other requests for information.

Completes special projects as directed, compiles data, and prepares regular or special reports. Recognizes tasks that have a sense of urgency and establishes priorities.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
