HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Address employee questions, concerns, and suggestions
- Support coordination of ad-hoc HR projects, e.g. wellness campaigns, employee recognition and engagement programs employee surveys, and others
- Ensure that all employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating are processed, maintained, and updated according to policy and legal requirements
- Onboarding of new-joiners on the ground
- Registration of our employees in (MOL / Qiwa / GOSI / HRDF)
- Including onsite visits to any relevant ministry / authority department when required
- Renewal of (Resident Identity / Work permit)
- Registration / Coordination with the insurance companies
- Translating employment contracts and other HR related documents, when required
- Issue offer letters, employee letters, e.g. salary and experience certificates
- Support payroll and coordinate salary deductions in case of any fees paid for the employee in any government entity
- Background checks of new joiners
- Monitoring the Saudization percentage and the percentage of localization of occupations on Qiwa authority portal
- Creation of reports
- Support the exit process for departing employees, when required
- Support in the hiring process, which may include coordinating job posts and interview processes, reviewing resumes and references (if required)
- Support in other functions as assigned
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or a similar degree
- Pursuing professional membership with CIPD, SHRM, CPHR or similar is preferred
- Experience with HR systems like BambooHR or similar is an advantage
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR operations cycle; from recruiting to offboarding
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Strong knowledge of labour legislations
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong critical thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Passionate about HR

- Excellent oral and written communication
- Understanding of business principles and procedures
- Works well under pressure
