**Responsibilities**:

- Own the entire new business development process: identify leads, develop the pitch via respective modes, create follow ups including cold calling, manage daily pitch list, prepare strategy as the per client brief and further participate in the conversion process.
- Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments.
- Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer Client’s service and smooth communications.
- Maintain the database using organizational skills to streamline processes and make updates accordingly.
- Meet the revenue/sales targets as per the guidelines of the team.
- Attend face-to-face meetings with prospective clients and further streamline the process of conversion including sharing MOM, Understanding the scope of work and objectives of the client etc.
- Actively participate in the pitching process i.e. Strategy Development, Follow ups, Closure, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree, preferably postgraduate.
- Proven track record of success in Rail/Metro sales and business development, with 4-5 years of experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, with Hindi proficiency being optional.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office & PPT required.
- Saudi Driving license must require.
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Preferably seeking individuals with Saudi nationality, who possess experience working on projects such as SAR, Neom, and Riyadh Metro with a multinational corporation.
