Property Control Specialist I

**Job Purpose**
- The Property Control function is a controlling component of the hospital’s supply chain focusing on controlling and supervision the Hospital Assets in order to avoid the Loss, damage, replace and disposal the nonfunctional assets. The controlling and supervision of assets will be including the movements of assets within or outside the hospital, registration, tagging, recording, and inventory. The Assets movement including The custody, The loaning, The evaluation, The exchange, and the transferring within or outside the hospital. The Property control function execution will be in coordination with Facility Management Department and any other related departments.**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Responsible to manage the specified PC function.
- Assisng in reports generating requested by the manager.
- Managing and supervising the assets movement in particular.
- Issuing the necessary reports regarding but not limited the assets locations, movement cost and assets loans.
- Conducting annual inventory for all asset or when its requested.
- Handling any difficulties related to assets movement in coordination with related departments in needed.
- Supervising the PC teem under is structure.
- Developing and updating procedures related to PC function.
- Plan and time management to related PC projects.
- Reviewing and analyzing related reports before submitting to PC manager.
- Performance function to ensure correct and up-to-date assets locations.
- Following & Handiling any tasks provieded by the line manager within the related function.
- Respects patients and their families to promote a patient-centered care culture.
- Participates in and supports quality improvement and patient safety activities as an individual or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Performs other job related duties, as assigned.

Job Qualifications and Experience
Minimum or Required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related filed. With 4 years of Experience.
Preferred: Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related filed. With 2 years of Experience.
