We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Humen Resource officer - Saudi National to join our highly qualified and knowledgeable HR team in Jeddah - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What you need to do:

- Maintains plan for Saudization requirements and coordinates with all departments and projects for implementation.
- Payroll checking and verification for open and closed payroll time entries
- Prepare settlements for employees who are going on leave (leave settlement), employees who will be permanently transferred to another location (inter-company transfer), and employees who have resigned and termination (final settlement)
- Prepare co-working vouchers for newly hired employees, employees who have returned from vacation, and employees who have been permanently transferred from other locations
- Opening a payroll account for new employees and other banking transactions
- Summary of the workforce in the region
- Manages and maintains the AHRIS
- Consolidated termination/resignation report (within the region)
- Additions and deletions to the medical insurance program (within the region)
- Ensures compliance with local labor law
- Maintains, monitors, and updates employment status reports on applicants and their processes
- Ensures that all relevant Construction Heads/Functional Heads/Business Support Managers are notified of all new carpenters
- Ensures that recruitment is conducted efficiently/effectively and in accordance with HR policies and procedures and based on manpower budget, including resumes submitted by the agency, preparation and conduct of initial screening, targeted selection interviews, scheduling management interviews, reference checks, and confirmation of job offer details as per payroll policy and advantages
- Perform any other related duties as assigned

What you will need:

- Experience from two to four years, whether related to work or human resources.
- Experience in leading small teams in the relevant job
- Computer knowledge in MS Windows and MS-Office (mainly Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of ERP will be an asset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Good attendance
- Driving License
- Proficiency in the English language (written and oral)
