- فرز طلبات العميل ومن ثم ارسالها للادارات كل حسب اختصاصه
- متابعة طلبات العميل
- الحرص على انجاز الطلبات في اسرع وقت وحل المشاكل التي تؤثر في سرعة انجاز الطلبات
- بناء علاقة ممتازة مع العميل والحرص على رضاءه
- الالتزام بالتعليمات الخاصة بالعميل سواء في بيئة العمل او فيما يخص التنظيم الاداري

Skills for the position of Account Manager
- Practical experience in providing excellent customer experience.
- Use CRM customer relationship management software.
- Able to use MS Office software of Microsoft Office.
- Professional use of Microsoft Excel MS Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Be able to respond to inquiries in time.
- Update analytical skills and provide appropriate solutions to customer complaints.

Personal skills required by account managers
- Be able to understand and study the functions of products or services provided by the company, and make them better than competitors.
- Understand the nature of the customer base handled by the company, and analyze their activities and behaviors.
- Strategic point of view, standardize the steps they take with each customer, and make a smooth transition between each transaction.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team, and at some point lead them to unify their goals and strengthen their help to customers.
- According to the unique situation and needs of customers, adopt the best and shortest time method to solve the problem.

Staff responsibilities
- Sort the customer's requests and send them to each administrator according to their ability.
- Track customer requirements
- Complete the order as soon as possible and solve the problems that affect the order completion speed.
- Establish good relationship with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Observe the customer's instructions on working environment and management.
