We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales. Your primary focus will be on maintaining existing accounts, developing new accounts, and coordinating with the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Account Management
    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Business Development
    • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
    • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Prepare reports on account status
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling ERP software solutions
  • High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high-performance achievement
