**Job Title**: Factory Administrator
**Location**: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
**Salary**: 3,000 SAR per month
**Work Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure efficient factory operations.
- Oversee scheduling, communication, and workflow between departments.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, reports, and records related to production, staffing, and compliance.
- Handle employee timesheets, attendance records, and shift rosters.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring supplies and raw materials are in stock for uninterrupted production.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal communications and updates.
- Address any production-related issues by liaising with relevant departments.
- Assist with quality control and ensure compliance with factory regulations and health and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an administrator in a factory or industrial setting.
- Strong communication skills in both **English and Arabic** (spoken, written, and reading).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently.

**Additional Information**:
**This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday. If you are a motivated, bilingual administrator with a passion for improving operational efficiency, we encourage you to apply.**
