**Director of Food & Beverage - Luxury Five-Star Hotel, Bahrain**

Our client operates a renowned luxury five-star Hotel in Bahrain, and they now require an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to join the team.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's Degree in relevant field**:

- **Minimum of 3+ years experience in a senior F&B role in international five-star properties, preferably in the Middle East**:

- **Proven track record in leading and managing successful multi F&B outlets and venues**:

- **Ability to manage large multicultural teams with sensitivity and efficiency**:

- **Solid negotiation and commercial skills**
- **Used to dealing with Corporate VIPs and government dignitaries**:

- **Good business acumen and used to dealing with budgets, cost controls and other financial KPIs**:

- **Extensive background in high volume F&B units and comfortable handling pressure**:

- **Creative and knowledgeable in current global F&B trends, able to identify and develop new revenue streams and implement new F&B strategies**:

- **Experienced in opening new F&B concepts and working with development partners**:

- **Great attention to detail and the ability to establish, maintain and enhance five star guest experiences across a diverse range of F&B offerings**

**Package**

Salary up to US$72,500 net per year
