Our client, a European food manufacturer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Director to lead their organization, manage the expansion, and drive growth and innovation.
The company is now starting to build its plant in Jeddah and you will be entrusted to manage the construction and development of the plan from scratch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing the investment in a new plant and subsequently managing the plant.
- Coordinating all operational activities.
- Responsible for formulating and executing the strategy for advancing the plant's operations.
- Responsibility for overseeing all formal, legal, and organizational aspects pertaining to the Company's operations.
- Overseeing the commercial and production procedures of the plant.
- Maintaining and enhancing connections with important contractors and clients.
- Managing the plant's financial liquidity and supervising its financial strategy.
- Budget management and overseeing the execution of plans.
- Ensuring that the company maintains high operational standards and serves as its representative in Poland and abroad.
- Responsible for developing and executing management and operational procedures.
- Conducting an analysis of market data and competitive activities
- Effective human resources planning and management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as CEO, Plant Director, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in the English language
- BS degree in business management, or a related field
- Budget management skills,
- Experience in building and managing a team of employees,
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Working knowledge and understanding of a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
