**Job Summary**:
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivered software components provide the necessary functionality and perform in accordance to the overall requirements as well as to the customer’s expectations.

**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience on STC/IT Solutions.
- In depth knowledge of the Order care and orchestration methods.
- In depth knowledge of the Granite and orchestration methods (Task management)
- Familiar with business logic to gather requirement and translate it into technical requirement.
- Experience on Jenkins / Weblogic / Oracle
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Good Communication skills
- Customer Issue handling

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working for scope, defining, designing solution offerings, and driving end-to-end technical solutions
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.
- Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations.
- Support deployment of solution.
- Provide feedback to Product team.
- Clarify L3 tickets to the development or back to the business.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
- Existing knowledge and hands-on experience in BSS (ECM, EOC) and OSS (Orchestration and assurance)
