Human Resources Coordinator

Assists Human Capital (HC) in all duties and functions; and obtains job reconciliation. Coordinates with HC and others Departments at Hospital’s. Answers inquiries regarding education, experience, and vacancies. Posts vacancies.
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Prepares job reconciliations for transfers, promotions, demotions and transactions from HC and Hospital Departments.
- Announces vacant positions/job postings hospital-wide for promotions and/or transfers.
- Performs pre-reconciliations for applicants for Hospital announce vacant positions.
- Conducts typing tests for promotion purposes and as request by other Departments.
- Deals with issues regarding Human Resources transactions, e.g. promotions, transfers, employee benefits.
- Coordinates with Personnel staff and Manpower Analyst to prepare promotion packages.
- Provides, maintains, and validates employees’ education and experience with certificates in their fields.
- Reviews and prepares promotion packages for Administrative Credentials Committee (ACC) meetings.
- Coordinates with Employee Services and other HC departments in matters related to internal promotion.
- Gathers data related to job grades and special studies/projects.
**Education**:
Master’sor Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or other related disciplineis required.
**Experience Required**:
**Grade 09**:
One (1) year of relatedexperience with Master’s, or three (3) years with Bachelor’s Degree isrequired.
**Grade 10**:
Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s, or five (5)years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experienceis required.
**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
SaudiNationals Only.
