We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated** Human Resource Director **who will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the human resources strategies and initiatives of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization's overall business goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and expertise to senior leadership on HR matters, contributing to strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement effective onboarding, training, and development programs to maximize employee potential
- Create strategies to identify and develop internal talent through succession planning and career pathing
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and fairly
- Establish and maintain effective employee communication channels, including feedback mechanisms and engagement initiatives
- Lead the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards related to compensation and benefits
- Implement a performance management system that aligns individual and team goals with the organization's objectives
- Provide guidance on performance evaluations, feedback, and professional development
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Implement change management strategies to support major organizational shifts and transformations
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization to create a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Develop DEI programs and metrics to measure progress and drive positive change
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Mitigate HR-related risks by implementing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance HR processes and decision-making
- Implement HR Information System solutions for efficient data management
- Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control

**Key Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred
- Proven experience in senior HR Leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
