Human Resource Coordinator

The Human Resource Coordinator completes administrative duties for the human resources department of an organization. They assist HR managers with recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing and enforcing company policies and practices.
**Responsibilities**
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Maintain digital copies of employees' records
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
**Requirements**:
- Proven 1-2 year experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position working experience as HR Coordinator
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Fast Learner and has critical thinking in managing workflow.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and employment policies of Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in English.
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
