InnovationTeam is a leading technology solutions provider that delivers innovative and customized solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team.

As a SharePoint developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions for an organisation.

**Key responsibilities may include**:

- Develop Document repos to host different document types based on business needs.
- Configure and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and security settings
- Automate business processes using SharePoint Designer or Power Automate
- Develop and maintain reusable code components and best practices
- Perform unit testing and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to SharePoint users.
- **Site Management**: Creating, configuring, and deleting SharePoint sites and subsites, tailoring them to specific needs and workflows.
- **User and Permission Management**: Adding and removing users, assigning permissions and access levels, and ensuring data security.
- **Security and Compliance**: Implementing security measures like encryption, user authentication, and audit logs to protect sensitive data and comply with regulations.
- **Maintenance and Monitoring**: Performing regular backups, updates, and performance checks to keep the SharePoint environment healthy and running smoothly.
- **Troubleshooting and Support**: Resolving technical issues faced by users, providing guidance and support for efficient SharePoint utilization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with 3 years of experience
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development tools, and best practices
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#
- Experience with REST APIs and client-side development
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) is preferred
