**Key Responsibilities**:

**Resource Management**: Optimize resource allocation and utilization, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement.-
**Reporting and Analytics**: Develop and maintain project performance reporting and dashboards for key stakeholders.-
**Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project alignment and delivery.-
**Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to maintain project standards and deliverables.-
**Change Management**: Lead change management efforts related to project implementations and process improvements.**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree or PMO certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management and PMO leadership, ideally within the automotive, food and beverage, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
