Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as Manager SAP SuccessFactors (SF). In this critical role, you will oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors system, ensuring it aligns with our HR strategies and enhances our workforce management capabilities.

Your expertise in SAP SF will be essential for driving efficiencies in HR processes, managing system enhancements, and providing user support to promote effective utilization across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management System.
- Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the SAP SF system.
- Manage system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational needs.
- Provide training and support to HR personnel and end-users to improve system utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with other systems and processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions as needed.
- Maintain documentation and support compliance with internal and external standards.
- Stay informed about the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry trends to enhance system capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices related to talent management, payroll, and workforce planning.
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, reporting, and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in project management and overseeing system integration projects is a plus.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.
