Senior Area Manager

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the Operations Department of assigned area
- Generate More Revenue by Launching New Products and Innovations
- Excel in Quality Standards and Achieve Award and Certificates
- Competition watch.
- Responsible for the communication with all branches (head office to branch managers)
- Chairs the weekly branch head meeting with the following objectives:

- Ensure Better financial results (targets achievements, Increase Client Footfall, Client retention and attraction, increase average spent)
- Reduce wastage | Consumption as per targets
- Better management reporting (branch manager to head office)
- Better information flow (guests preferences/requests to the head office)
- Better business process planning (proper communication and planning of special offers, high season operational needs, new products launch etc...)
- ensure completion of the agreed short/medium term actions
- Ensure adherence to the SOPs related to branch operational process, maintenance, and IT systems activities by performing random checks in the branches.
- Approval of staff schedules, and strategic revisions in the staff schedule based on business requirements.
