**UNITED STATES / AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION**

MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly qualified Aviation Training Manager to support a large-scale Rotary Wing Aviation Training Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Provides management of assets and job functions of all assigned personnel.
- Ensure appropriate workload of assigned instructors is maintained
- Student Assignment
- Student Tracking (Tracking student training progress)
- Conduct weekly meetings with teams to coordinate resource requirements.
- Communicate changes in policy and procedures
- Scheduling student and Instructor training events
- Review, modify, and assist in the completion of required paperwork:

- Progress Checks
- Course Completes
- Withdrawals
- Extra Training
- Performance Evaluations
- Ensure compliance with Program Policy, the Performance Work Statement, and USG & Host Nation Regulations:

- Ensure the quality of training is maintained by:

- Administering assigned phase checks
- Conducting performance evaluations on assigned Instructors
- Communicate with the appropriate personnel:

- Weekly Reports
- Weekly meetings
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements**

**Experience**:

- Air Traffic Control
- Aircraft Crash, Fire and Rescue
- Aircraft Maintenance Management
- Aircraft Maintenance Technician qualification

**Education**:

- At a Minimum - AA/AS in any discipline
- (Army or service equivalent Instructor Training Course-TAITC Preferred)

**Clearance**:

- None required

**Citizenship**:

- US Citizen
