Sales Account Manager

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency (mandatory).

Proven ability to manage key client accounts and develop strong relationships.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Experience in social media marketing and digital campaign management is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple clients, and meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong and long-term relationships.

Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize client satisfaction.

Coordinate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and services.

Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolios.

Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Prepare and present proposals, reports, and performance reviews to clients.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
