Monthly Salary - SR 40 000 - 45 000 per month Tax free

Quarterly Bonus

2 years initial contract and then 42 days leave return flights provided back to country of origin thereafter 1 year extensions with 21 days per annum

3 months initial accommodation provided

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or any other degree related to the field

Minimum 11 years in a related field, of which at least 5 in a managerial position

Strategic Duties

Developing the Department’s work plan and assigning related activities to serve the achievement of the Department’s objectives.

Setting the objectives and KPI’s of the Department.

Supervising the implementation of the Department’s plans, monitoring workflow, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Ensuring that work activities are carried out according to the pre-set performance goals and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct supervisor.

Setting the estimated budgets for the Department and participating in the determination of its budget requirements and expected expenses, in addition to following up on the Department’s expenditures in coordination with the Finance Division.

Technical and Executive Duties

Directing and supporting the achievement of fitness function goals through an effective implementation of group exercise classes, programs and all types of training given in the clubs to keep in line with company’s goals and aspirations.

Overseeing the clubs’ status in terms of fitness, such as: the number of trainers, machines’ availability, etc. by analysing the submitted reports from the subordinates to ensure compliance with the pre-set policies, regulations and rules.

Designing the proper layout of the machines in the clubs to maximize the effectiveness of the training process and to meet the needs of the members.

Recommending the superior types of machines in terms of effectiveness, quality, price, etc. in case of purchasing new ones to ensure sustainability.

Keeping abreast of the latest relevant machines, technologies, and systems along with developing new practices and procedures as well as nurturing and maintaining an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Supervising the preparation of necessary documents for internal and external audits as per the set guidelines and policies as well as providing any assistance or guidance to the auditors.

Coordinating with the supply chain department and other concerned parties when renewing machines and equipment in the clubs as per the needs, and to be aligned with new fitness trends in the world.

Estimating the fitness department budget in case of adopting new programs and techniques in coordination with all related entities in the top management in order to meet the function’s needs.

Coordinating with people department in case of adopting new innovations; programs, classes, etc. in the clubs in order to hire employees that suit those new innovations.

Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Administrative Duties

Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure that priorities are clear and workflow is running smoothly.

Preparing periodic reports with respect to the Department’s activities and achievements.

Ensuring that instructions, circulars and organizational and operational decisions are followed and applied.

Ensuring manpower requirements are met according to specified manpower plans.

Appraising direct reports’ performance according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices.

Recommending training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of training courses in coordination with the concerned Department.

Following up on employees’ administrative affairs such as vacations, leaves, etc.

Nominating a deputy to carry out the responsibilities of the position whenever the need arises.
