We at LEO International HR Consultancy are seeking a House technician for our client in Saudi.

**Job Summary**: As a house technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and upkeep of residential properties. Your role involves conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and performing repairs as necessary to ensure the safety, comfort, and functionality of the premises.Responsibilities:

- Maintenance Tasks: Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
- Repair Work: Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
- Fix appliances, fixtures, and other household items as needed.Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance and repair activities.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards on the property.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, including after-hours calls.
- Take appropriate action to resolve emergency situations and minimize damage.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with residents to understand their maintenance needs and address concerns promptly.
- Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses.
- Prepare reports as required by management.

**Basic: Between SAR. (1600 - 2000) + Food: SAR. 250,**

Pay: ﷼1,600.00 - ﷼2,000.00 per month
