**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably with a strong background in HVAC Mechanical and Energy Saving solutions. This role will focus on managing and growing business in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, with a base in Jeddah.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Open new business opportunities by penetrating mega projects in the Western Region.
- Manage accounts with key contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Account Managers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain and expand client base, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license, own a car, and have a transferable Iqama.

**Experience**:

- At least 8 years of relevant sales experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC Mechanical and Energy Saving solutions is preferred.
- Experience managing accounts with large contractors and consultants.
