National Client Business Development Manager Food

MHP Food Trading is the official distributor of "Qualiko" frozen poultry and convenience food, produced by one of the leading European producers - MHP SE. MHP Food Trading was established in 2016, to capture the UAE market and strengthen its presence in the Middle East.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing and achieving the set target on monthly, Quarterly and Yearly by managing SM & SE. Creating the proposals to reach all set up by Management goals and tasks.
- Participation in the dividing/reservation of products on stock as per planned volume.
- Constant analysis of competitors' activity (daily price monitoring, evaluation of the actions in the region).
- Assist in preparing business plans and budgets for new projects and initiatives.
- Manage and revise annual/quarter business plans and budgets as needed.
- Identify, recruit and lead a team to successfully execute business plan within defined scope, timeline and budget.
- Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services. Take all possible actions to improve the service level provided by MHP.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities.
- Keep regular contacts with past, existing, and new clients and current competitors to explore new opportunities for developing the business in the region.
- Develop and contracting new partners for customized products.
- Initiate the meeting with chefs, owners and decision makers in Food Service Channel to realize their requirements, problems and expectations. Initiate new added value goods production from the spot.
- Daily analysis and control of current outstanding.
- Monitoring compliance with the available maximum possible assortment in all sales channels.
- Conducting audits of the territory.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Train the team members, arranging external training to enhance level of the sales team education.
- Managing all subordinates & liaising with all departments mentioned in the organization chart.
- Managing the work of sales managers and sales executives.
- Setting, supervision and monitoring of the targets to employees.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree
- Practical experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English and Arabic
