We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored technology solutions to meet client needs. **Responsibilities**:

- Independently achieve the sales target through proactive business development and sales strategies.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of solutions to potential clients.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in solution sales in the Middle East.
- Fluent in Arabic (Native Speaker) and English.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in demonstrating products & offerings to potential clients.
- Liaise with back-office teams, including offshore teams, and work flexible hours when required to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.
