Job Opportunity
The project is about providing consulting services to improve the efficiency of managing the Client's vehicle fleet (movable assets) which estimated to be around 10K+ vehicles.
The scope Is to develop all strategies, process, procedures to manage their fleet, register and label them, develop, and implement all on a system and set all measures to monitor them and trace them with GIS.
The O&M Resources Advisor provide regular updates to the Project Lead on the status of the vehicles and the resources being used to maintain and operate them. This could include information on maintenance schedules, inventory levels, and any issues or concerns related to the operation of the vehicles.
The key purpose is to ensure that the fleet of vehicles is operating at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing the use of operation and maintenance resources, and by ensuring that the vehicles are properly maintained, coded, and inventoried within the automated system being used to manage them.
To oversee the maintenance of the vehicles, managing the inventory of parts and supplies, and ensuring that the vehicles are coded correctly within the automated system being used to manage them.
Serco is working with key ministries to write policies, set agendas, advise on commercial models, and shape the transformation of sectors.

Key accountabilities
Prepare software to assemble, install and operate mechanical fittings.
Prepare industrial equipment operating software and preventive maintenance programs, prepare documents and reports specialized in work outcomes.
Responsible for planning and coordinating the resources needed to operate and maintain the vehicles in the fleet.
allocate resources to specific tasks and projects based on priorities and availability. This could involve scheduling maintenance and repair work, assigning tasks to technicians and other team members, and coordinating the use of equipment and supplies.
Monitor the performance of the fleet and the resources used to operate and maintain it.
Responsible for developing and managing budgets related to the operation and maintenance of the fleet.
Ensure that all activities related to the operation and maintenance of the fleet are in compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practice.
Create and maintain documentation related to the operation and maintenance of the fleet, including maintenance schedules, repair reports, and resource utilization data.
Evaluate and improve the operation and maintenance processes and procedures for the fleet to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and cost-effective.

10 years minimum work experience in similar role
Deep understanding of vehicle operation and maintenance, including knowledge of maintenance schedules, parts and supplies, and common issues that may arise.
Able to analyze data related to vehicle performance, inventory, and maintenance needs, and develop solutions to address any issues or concerns.
Have experience working with automated systems for managing vehicle fleets, including knowledge of coding and inventory management.
Should have experience managing teams, developing and implementing procedures, and overseeing the work of others.
Should be familiar with safety regulations and standards related to vehicle operation and maintenance, and ensure that all procedures and practices are in compliance.
Should be able to analyze data related to vehicle performance, maintenance needs, and inventory levels, and prepare reports to share with stakeholders and team members.
Should be able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and work collaboratively with other departments and functions within the organization.
Degree holder of Engineering
