**Front Office Supervisor
**Providing engaging, sincere, personalized service is one of the ways our Colleagues are _turning moments into memories for our guests_ at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. **Summary of Responsibilities**:
Reporting to Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Ensures that all Front Office Standards of Service & Operational Procedures are adhered.
- Assigning the shift duties among colleagues then following up on the correct and complete execution of those tasks.
- Ensure accurate registration for all guests checking in and revise all registration cards.
- Revise all cashiers’ paper work and ensure accuracy of all transactions made and cash collected.
- Monitoring colleagues’ performance and direct them when needed.
- Deal with any guest request in a polite and efficient manner, delegating work where necessary to other staff ( bellmen, In Room Dining, Royal Service, Engineering, Security, etc), and then following up to ensure that the guest has been satisfied
- Direct staff in maintaining clean, tidy and an organized work area at the front and back areas of the Front Office.
- Determine the training courses needed for the team and arrange a monthly schedule for the training under the supervision of AFOM
- Keep on explaining any unclear operational task and evaluating the GSA understanding.
- Report any operational defect to the AFOM & FOM immediately.
- Check the supplies inventory and refill the store as needed.
- Organize the E-Log book and ensure that all points listed are properly communicated and properly understood then obtaining colleagues’ signatures on it.
- Driving the shift briefings and clarify all points to the team.
- Ensure all colleagues are committed to the grooming policy, front office code of ethics, health & safety regulations.
