**Experience**: Pharmaceutical production: 2 years (preferred)

**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (required)

**Preferred Specialty**:

- Compression
- Blistering
- Packaging
- Granulation
- Compactor Coating

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
- Document production and quality data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production processes. Continuously strive for process improvement and suggest ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical/vocational training preferred or above.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical production.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations.
- Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting pharmaceutical production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed. Physical ability to stand, lift and move objects up to 50lbs.
