You do. **DHL Global Forwarding** has an opening for a **Collection Officer **in **Jeddah. **You will responsible to provide day-to-day administrative support with readily available advice for Credit & Collections, account Receivable activities and tasks to minimize outstanding and achieve compliance in line with internal and external policies and standards, regulations and compliance requirements.

**In this Collection Officer position**
- You will be responsible to Collect, compile and file required data for various collection activities
- You will ensure compliance with OTC policy and credit management processes.
- You will act as a relationship builder across internal functions
- You will support compliance to policies, procedures, and SOPs for OTC policy
- You will have to make use of appropriate usage of MAN and timely resolution of all action items
- You will timely follow up with customers on ageing debt and performing pre-emptive calls and escalate to tower lead where required, providing specific details to enable swift action to be taken.
- You will be responsible to CSI or key customer contacts on a timely basis
- You will review customer accounts within portfolio and proactively request credit limit amendments, top up payments and issue credit hold warnings.
- You will help to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers from a finance perspective

- Min 1- 2 years of experience within the same field
- Superior MS Excel skills and very strong accounting literacy
- Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive can-do attitude and service excellence
