Recruiter Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring-related activities.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and cultural fit requirements.
**Data Management**:
- Generate regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics for management review.
**Employer Branding**:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
